Day 01 : Baghdogra / Darjeeling
Flight to Bagdogra. The flight winds its path through the Kanchenjunga mountain range and finally lands at Bagdogra Airport, where you meet our local Darjeeling tour representative, and proceed towards Darjeeling. Perched at an altitude of 2,134 m with a backdrop of mighty Himalayan peaks, every minute you will be enthralled by the changing landscape. In the early 1840's, it was noticed that the climate of Darjeeling was very conducive to the growth of tea. Darjeeling Tea, which had a premium value in the international market, began to be called the 'Champagne of the East' and for years formed the mainstay of the economy of this area. Upon arrival you will check in at your hotel for overnight.

Day 02 : Darjeeling
Early morning, take a short drive to Tiger Hills, offering a spectacular view of sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga, the third highest peak of the World during Darjeeling tour. Catch a glimpse of the World's highest peak- MT. EVEREST. Return to hotel for breakfast. Later visit Gelugpa monastery. The main feature of this monastery is the magnificent statue of Maitreya. Followed by this is a visit to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and the Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center where you see Tibetan craftsmen making traditional items like carpet, woolen boots, wood carvings and feather goods. Return to hotel by the Toy Train, which again is a piece of marvel of World Heritage. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03 : Darjeeling
After Breakfast the day is at leisure, enjoy shopping, sightseeing and other activities. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 04 : Darjeeling / Gangtok
After breakfast drive to Gangtok-the capital of Sikkim, located 94 Kms and will take apprx 4 hrs. A perfect symbol of the confluence of the past and present is Gangtok. Built on the flank of ridge, Gangtok is 1,600 m above sea level. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 05 : Gangtok
Visit to Do-Drul Chorten, Enchey Monastery, Research Institute of Tibetology & Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom Do-Drul Chorten is one of the most important stupas built by Trulsi Rimpoche's, head of the Nyingmapa order. It contains rare Mandala's of Dorji Phurpa, Holy Books, and Mantras. Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom is the center for promoting and keeping alive the traditional arts and crafts, a veritable storehouse of exquisite carpets, blankets and shawls in Lepcha weaves during Darjeeling Gangtok tours. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06 : Gangtok / Siliguri
Early morning after breakfast drive to Siliguri. On arrival, check in at hotel. In the afternoon proceeded for the guided tour of Siliguri. Visit ISKCON Temple Coronation Bridge. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 07 : Siliguri / Kalipong
After breakfast undertake a 64 Kms drive, which will take approx 4 hrs to reach Kalimpong. At Kalimpong enjoys moderate climate. Forming a triangle with its more illustrious neighbors, it is known for flowers and nurseries. Entire hillsides are blaze with color during the season. Upon arrival you check in at the hotel. This afternoon visit Tharpa Choling Gompa. Lower down the hill, the Thongsa Gompa, of Bhutanese Monastery, is the oldest monastery in the area and was founded in 1692. Later visit to the flower nurseries. Kalimpong produces 80% of India's gladiolas and is an important orchid - growing area; flowers are exported from here to many cities in northern India. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08 : Kalimpong / Bagdogra
After morning breakfast, drive to Bagdogra airport to board your flight for onward destination.
